Shipping
Orders ship from our facility in New Jersey within 1–2 business days. We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS.
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your ZIP code and the package weight — enter your ZIP in the cart for an exact quote. Rates start at around $13 for a single 400 ml bottle; heavier bulk and case orders cost more. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after handling.
30-Day Returns
If you’re not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, email sales@poweronesoap.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are issued once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
